Farida Idris Mohamed Accused of Death Threats to Ex-Lover, I’ll Kill You’

A Nairobi court has today heard a case in Which Capital FM Director Farida Idris Mohamed is alleged to have threatened to kill his estranged lover and drag his body over the tarmac road

Mohamed is said to have threatened to kill businessman Hussein Amaro who was his then lover and allegedly used unprinted words against him

The court heard that the Faida Idris Mohammed insulted the complainant that,

“Now tell me what the f*ck you will do to me, and you’ll see I will finish you and bloody Swarna combined,” threatening to kill him, the court heard

She again sent Amaro a message stating, "I will k*ll you, and if I get that swarna, 
You have been f****** while you were with me and are still f****** every day...
She will know who I am, and then the two (2) of you can continue f****** in HELL."

On June 14, 2019, at an unknown location in Kenya, Mohamed sent Amaro a message reading, 
"I WILL K*LL YOU WITH MY HANDS AND DRAG YOUR BODY ON HOT TARMAC UNTIL NOBODY CAN RECOGNISE 
THAT ROTTEN BODY OF YOURS, THEN BURY YOU BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO HELL."

According to the chargesheet, the accused person allegedly committed the offense. On June 14, 2019, at 19:30 hours at an unknown place within the Republic of Kenya, without lawful excuses, Farida directly caused Hussein to receive a short message (SMS) to his Safaricom line, to wit

Faida Idris Mohammed, however, denied the charges before the Milimani Court Magistrate, where she denied the charges.

The offence is said to have been committed in 2019 at an unknown place within the Republic of Kenya.

The message that the accused person sent was, “I will kill you with my own hands and drag your body on the hot tarmac until nobody can recognise that rotten body of yours, then bury you before you proceed to hell,” read the chargesheet in parts.

The court released him on Sh300,000 or Ksh100,000 cash bail with the surety of the same amount.

The court directed that the matter proceed later next month.
