According to multiple details that are in the public domain, lawyer Laichena Mugambi defrauded a victim of a Sh1.3 million insurance settlement from a motorcycle accident, leaving him in a deplorable condition.

“This advocate is a fraud; I have already reported him to the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), claims that despite the insurance payout made in 2024, I have not yet received a single cent from my lawyer, who is Laichena Mugambi of Laichena Mugambi & Ayiecko Advocates, based at Utalii House,” he said.
The victim is now appealing for help for to recover his money from the aforementioned scandalous advocate.
