Internet sensation Leonard Omusula, of the Jina Hutaki viral phrase, is back on the streets after being evicted from his house.
Asked why he had gone back to the streets, he explained that his sponsor failed to pay September and October’s rent, and the landlord kicked him out.

“Yes, I was enjoying being in the house, and the sponsor failed to pay rent in September and October, and the landlord asked me to leave,” he said.
In a video shared on X by Noah Muhindi, the man was seen in Nairobi streets looking hopeless.
“Leonard Omusula (‘jina hutaki’) is back on the streets after being evicted when his sponsor failed to pay September’s rent. He’s as vibrant and jovial as ever, but he urgently needs accommodation. I bought him tea and lunch, but he needs more. If you can help, please reach out.”
