Eugene Musilwa Pedro has been badly exposed in court after he was charged with Sh 6.7 million gold fraud.

According to the chargesheet, Eugene Musilwa Pedro conspired with others who are still at large to court to defraud the said amount on a diverse of dates between April 16 and 17, 2024, at Lenana Road 18 in Kilimani, Nairobi.

The court heard that the accused person pretended to be in a position to sell the gold buyer 500 kilograms of gold nuggets valued at Sh 6,750,000.
He also allegedly told Mbulelo that he could sell him 500 kg of gold nuggets, even though he knew this was a lie, to trick him into giving him Sh 6.7 million.
Musilwa was released with either a Sh 1 million cash bail or a Sh 2 million bond.
The mention date is May 7, pending the pre-trial. The court also directed that the accused person be supplied with all the documentary evidence for him to prepare for the case.
