A respected Kenyan advocate has allegedly changed his career temporarily into a land scammer if the current court case is anything to go by.

According to Mr Stuart Gerald Cullinan Herd, Agolla has forcefully defrauded him of a Sh250 million parcel of land that he has been possessing for a year. Eric Agolla Lugalia, on his part, claims that the land was awarded to him by former President William Ruto.

Recently, the high court ordered him to keep off the said land after disturbing details emerged that he had used forgery and fraudulent tricks to acquire it. The pilot is accused of forging even the identity card to grab the said land.

“ I want the court to understand that although I am still in physical and actual possession of the property. Pilot Eric Agolla Lugalia himself, alongside his allied armed gangs, has been harassing me and continues to invade my properties,” read the court papers in parts.
