Raichena Mugambi
According to multiple details that are in the public domain, Laichena Mugambi defrauded a victim of a Sh1.3 million insurance settlement from a motorcycle accident victim, leaving him in a deplorable condition.
According to the victim who spoke to our investigative team and tabled his evidence, Mugambi failed to disburse Ksh 1.3 million paid by an insurance company following a 2016 motorcycle accident.
“This advocate is a fraud; I have already reported him at the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), claims because despite the insurance payout made in 2024, I have not yet received a single cent from my lawyer, who is Laichena Mugambi of Laichena Mugambi & Ayiecko Advocates, based at Utalii House,” he said.
The victim is now appealing for help for him to recover his money from the aforementioned scandalous advocate.
